We will accept returns on all items within the first 14 days of receipt of item, only with an approved IRA (Item Return Authorization) number. We will not accept returns without an IRA number. Shipping and handling is not refundable. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. However, if returned items are exchanged for new merchandise of equal or greater value or store credit, a restocking fee will not be charged.

All returns must be in original condition, and original package (and in original shrink wrap, if applicable). All forms and manuals must be included in package. You may request an IRA number by emailing BulldogTrains@SBCGlobal.net. You must print your IRA number on a copy of the original order receipt which must be included with your return.

Please pack the item securely, so that we receive the item in the same condition that was sent to you. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on all returns. We do not accept CODs and postage due. Once we receive your return with the proper IRA number, your account will be credited back with the purchase price minus the restocking fee.

We will accept items that are defective within 14 days of receipt of item. With an approved IRA number. Item must be exchanged with the same exact item. Please be advised that we do not credit for shipping. Or you may send it back to the manufacturer for replacement or repairs. All items that cease to function after 14 days of delivery will be considered under warranty and must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
